Little crown spinning in the menubar forever - no support at all

There a little crown in the menubar related to the helper of the app.
Sometimes, it gets blocked, spinning forever.
The only way to stop it is to reboot.

I’ve sent several messages to the developer, never any answer…

I think when you pay for a software, at least you’re supposed to have answers to your requests.

I’ll change my notation, if I get a reply.
